I just recently learned about the 180 days. But I usually try to cash out at least every other month. It would be helpful if they sent you a reminder email though, once you are getting close to the 180 days.

It could be a revoke credit of one of your offer you did.

I don't agree with that.  It is YOUR responsibility to keep up with your own accounts.  I cash out every month.  Although I only have a week and I am going to have to get on it if I make it this month.  :(  I think I will though.  If you think of all the people who do FC it would be hard with them to keep up with when your offers that were credited will expire.  I actually cannot grasp how it can take anyone 6 months or longer to earn $25.

I think some of your payment past the 180 days.  Remember that your payment will expired if you pass 180 days time period.  Check to make sure, and if you still have question summit a ticket to support admin.  They'll help you out.  Hope you will solve your problems soon.

Seems like money expired.  It happened to me also.  It also happens if you have enough to cash out and expires in the process

Maybe your offers were discredited because of something

I agree with most everyone else here, it's fairly easy to cashout every other month just doing the bare minimum here. Stay somewhat active and you'll cashout with no trouble at all.

Learn how to read!  If you can't earn $25 in 6 months then you are not putting forth the effort to cash out.  Paychecks for real work have limits when they can be cashed so it should be no surprise that you have limits on here 8)

there are a couple of option.  the credits were revoked by the person that you did the job for or the survey for, or you are over the 180 days expiration mark.  you have to cash out within 6months or the credits go bye bye

Wow, some people on here are awfully judgmental! There are many life issues that might keep someone from cashing out before the six month deadline. Yes, it is in the TOS, but sometimes life is more important than a few bucks on FC. It would be nice if they sent out a warning email, especially because everyone doesn't always memorize every word of the TOS, and anyway it is easy to forget when the deadline is.
To the OP, I'm sorry that you are losing credits due to the 180 day expiration. I've done that before as well, because I left FC for a long time and went onto other things. But it's still a good site, at least they didn't delete my account, and since then I've made a lot of money on here. Perhaps you can do a few bigger offers to reach cashout quickly, before anything else expires?

They always send you an email when they remove anything. Some of the surveys get revoked, but not very often. Just look under your history for an explanation.

Hey southernhorizons what good is an email if they don't read and comprehend the TOS ???  Also, yes there are more important things in life then worrying about that but apparently they have time to post a complaint in the forum so obviously nothing is too serious to stop them from making a few cents each day for 6 months so wake up and smell the coffee 8) :peace:
