What Happened To My Balance?

I updated my information earlier, because I've moved to my parents' home since I joined Fusion Cash.  After I updated, I noticed my balance went from just a little over $25.00 down to $6.63.  What gives?   :'(

Did you look at your account page? It would say if the credits had been denied or expired. Large amounts disappearing like that is usually due to credits expiring after 180 days
