feeling down today

i have not had any energy today been sleeping most of the day  i sure hope i am not getting sick but i go to the doctors on tuesday so hopefully i am better  by then

I've been sick for a week now, and it's making me feel sad. I haven't left the house in a week.

I'm sorry to hear that you are not feeling well.  I do hope you get to feeling better very soon. 

I had been through something like that recently and boy is it ever annoying.  I wanted to get so much done and had no energy to do it. 

What helps me the most when I do get that way is to just get the much needed rest that my system apparently needs.  I try to listen to my body.  If my system wants to shut down, I let it. 

Any work that needs to be done will just have to wait.  I know that this may be easier for me to say than for others but rest is a very good thing when you are run down - rest along with hot tea, a soft blanket and, of course, cartoons.   

I put the TV on and saw some of my favorite cartoons.
