Cash Out Problems

Hi... This is my first cash out, and I am having problems doing it.   It will  NOT except my Landline phone number.. so I tried useing my cell #.. and it wont take that one either.  So it said if having problems to Fax them my information... But you have to print out there Fax sheet... well I dont have  a fax machine, or a printer.  So how do I get my check ?  Can anyone please give me  a solution to this problem..  Thank you in Advance  Sylvia

Most copy places have fax machines you can use for a small fee. Most libraries will allow you to print and fax as well

I think you were suppose to put the cell in there originally so they could send you a text to verify, but I'm not sure. You should definitely submit a ticket telling them about your dilemma and see if there's a way to reset it or maybe another way to verify. If not, like ladavia89 said, you could do it from somewhere else... also, there maybe a hotel nearby that might let you use theirs, I've worked front desk at two in the past and we didn't mind if someone came in and needed to use it. Submit a ticket to FC and they will help, it might be something to do with you adding the landline number instead of the cell number, but FC personnel is very nice and very prompt to help,

I agree with all was said to you. You could go to a library. Some of them let you fax for free. If you open a support ticket you will find that FusionCash has an awesome support system.
