Every time I try to complete the app offers I am never able to get it done. I do not know if I am doing something wrong or not. I must need an iphone.

Appfly seems to work fine for the most part (I have an iphone) - I think there's only 2 or 3 that I haven't been credited for; I've run into a few that are broken (as in, the directing links give errors), are not available in my country (US), or ask me to download an entirely different app.

After you download the app, you have to open it for a minute or so. It doesn't take long to receive credit.
