Keep busy. Maybe go to the gym, but focus on other things. Maybe get a hobby.

Try not to "stalk" her on social media, not that you, but don't visit her facebook page, or twitter or any places like that if she has them.   The less communication or seeing what she is up to, the easier it will be for you to move on.

Do what makes you happy.  The more that you keep your mind moving and not thinking about her. It will get better,

Time is a great healer.  Stay busy, stay active and maybe for the time being, perhaps avoid going places or listening to music that remind you too much of her.

You will probably be able to do those things later on but for now, maybe try something different.

First allow yourself time to grieve over the loss of the relationship. Then try to find ways to keep busy. Go out with friends. Enjoy hobbies you like.

The best way to move on are watch TV, play video games, and watch *bleep*.

I would suggest to find time with your friends or get lost in a book or something. Don't hook up to soon with anyone again because it's only on the rebound, give it time!!
