crowdflower problem

In the tasks I have to install crowdflower extention in firefox I have had no problem in the past re adding it after I clean my system because when I do that it removes it now I can't reinstall it when I try a small window pops uo" the browser is not yet supported-we recommend you use chrome,firefox or internet explorer. Well I am in firefox so some tasks I can't do I can put it in chrome but then I get no timer to finish.

exact same problems. I have to go to chrome for some of the tasks, then to internet explorer for the bookmarklet ones, then some of them in firefox. So i have all three on my tiny little laptop just to get the task done.

I started doing task a month ago and all i could get done is about 130 of them. Over half of the Ken Fisher ones simply do not work.

I voiced my complaint to crowd flower on another site and basically was told to shutup and not be negative, even though there is so many complaints already. He told me it was my fault and i had a computer that wasnt compatible with the task.

ok, i have a brand new hp with 8.1 windows and bing installed. 

So whatever you do dont complain to crowdflower they wont listen and refuse to fix the broken task.

Maybe they need to update their extension i noticed in the add on list it has not been updated in over a year.

So i feel your frustration, i am more than willing to do the task but i cant get them to work (meaning the timer will not show up or bookmarklet says error when i am on the correct page).

I have enabled the crowdflower in chrome and I never get the timer on that one anyway never tried internet explorer and when something does not finish like the timer I just send a ticket.

update. try installing on firefox and it went through this morning on my computer. where as before it wasnt. And the timer is showing up too.

The Fisher tasks have vanished from my list, are people still getting those?

In order to do a task, I'm being required to sign in and forcing me to do it via facebook. I've signed in before and never had to do facebook. I dont want Crowdflower appearing on my Facebook. Any suggestions?

it's the only way you can log in now. and alot of people are having problems logging in thru facebook, i can only log in thru chrome or internet explorer, on firefox i just get a loop of it keep asking to log in when in the corner it says connected to facebook.

i tell ya i cant win with crowdflower half the time the links dont work or timer wont go off, etc. I guess you need a $1000 dollar computer to get 5 cent work done. lol.
