time change coming this Saturday night 2 A.M

I've been waiting for this. I will love that extra hour of daylight. Any sleep lost during the week I can catch up on.

I'll get more done simply because the natural light lasts longer. Electric light doesn't do it for me.

I like "spring ahead" less than "fall back" because I don't like to lose the hour of sleep. It is hard to get up earlier in the mornings I find.

I'm already dreading Sunday - one less hour of sleep!  It will take me about a week to adjust.

I have been taking a walk after dinner anyway, even though it has been getting dark early. I have a light to hook onto my walker that let's people know I am coming and let's them see me better. 

I like to use natural light more than electricity.

I feel it today. Unfortunately I have to work. So I will be feeling it all day. Just hope I can sleep good tonight. Good Luck. Spring should be here. BMaston12

Ever since the time change, I have definitely been feeling it at work. While I love the extra daylight, I really hate that we lose an extra hour of sleep!
