Web Stories not working

Web stories not working in video hits... I have always enjoyed these mainly because I like reading some of the quirky stories    They do not advance to the "click to earn 1 cent" and haven't for the last few days.

Does anyone from the actual SUPPORT TEAM even read these? I don't need feedback from other users as I am an experienced mTurk worker and have been on here long enough to understand how things work other than this forum that feels pretty useless after never getting a response from anyone and YES I HAVE turned in "tickets" without ever, ever, ever getting a response.

I was just on the Videos page.My Web Stories worked.I was able to watch 2 of them.

OK, then I won't tell you to clear your browser.....lol...seriously I hope you get an answer to your ploblem, I did 2 web stories yesterday without any problems...

The web stories do not credit for me either.

I haven't had any issues with the web stories.   I also enjoy the quirky ones.   Those are fun compared to some of the videos.

I have problems with the Web Stories on and off.  Matomy can also be an issue at times.

On very rare occasions, I've seen the ever elusive Admin post. Otherwise, no. 


There have been a few instances where the Web Stories videos would not allow me to continue to the next step:

• shoddy internet connection - which I've been experiencing often with all the ridiculous snow the past few months. My connection often drops briefly before coming back...so I'll have one or two tabs that are stuck in limbo or don't load properly, while the other tabs are loading just fine.
• if I switch to another tab or browser before the green bar shows up - I find I usually have to wait until it turns green first, before I click any of the article links or anything else that would move move me away from that page

Not that I'm saying these are the reasons why they didn't work for you, just sharing my experiences.

I just got credit for two Web Stories using Chrome. I am not having luck with any of the other videos though. I keep getting an error after I submit my age and gender.

When it doesn't work the first time I just close it out and click on it again ... almost always works the 2nd time

It works for me and I've been getting my credit, but you should clear everything and try again. Sometimes you have to leave it up a little longer before and after you click continue.

My Web Stories didn't work today.There were 2 of them on my page.I tried them both and neither one credited.

I havent gotten credit for these in a few days myself, but the HyperMX videos make up for it right now
