I usually like grits, scrambled eggs, and a grilled cheese sandwich for breakfast.

I normally dont eat breakfast. I probably should though. I just get up late and rush out the door so dont have time to eat.

Breakfast is my favorite meal.  Cereal (usually one of Kashi's high fiber types) with berries and greek yogurt.  Delicious, easy, filling.

I eat it more now that I get up earlier, I usually just egg some eggs or whatever cereal we have or what was on sale at the grocery store. I do love omelets though  :)

Sometimes I skip breakfast because for some strange reason most mornings I don't get hungry until around 10 or 11am. So occasionally I would have a light breakfast or bring some granola, yogurt and fruit with me when I leave the house (to eat a bit later).

There are days I eat breakfast and others that I don't have the time to eat.
