Errors on Videos

I don't know if anybody has had this problem before. I click on a video I've ever seen before and it tells you you've already done it and doesn't let you do them. The ones with looks like target dart. Those I have never been able to do. WHY? Has anyone gotten these error on the videos or is it just me?

  I get them too.  Usually the offers don't show up under videos that we have already watched but it doesn't seem to be working right now.

The same thing happens to me. I have pretty much quit watching videos because I get sick of seeing these messages.

I haven't noticed, the thing that sometimes helps me see videos I can't view is changing the browser I use for them and then if that doesn't help I would just guess that don't work but might later. I hope you're able to figure it out

Never got this but I haven't gotten credit for the gorilla videos even though I've watched them several times.

the pc may detect if you did on any other web besides FC web with the same ad or any other problem, just keep going with other videos

That has started happening to me with the surveys I get in email.

I get that with occasional video. I'm not exactly sure why it happens. I just close it out and do a different one.

I am not sure sometimes if they are "new" videos or a video I might have done a few weeks ago. But for the last (2 ?  been a while now it seems normal now) months I get tons of vidoes I cant do because I have already done them,  many don't clear off,  some I remember the name but some.  And some I never do get to work (Zumba).  I am thankful when something like webstories come along, it makes up (a bit) for the frustrations.

most of the health videos either give me an error  message, or they don't credit.  I just did the 'aussie girl' one and it said complete with the green checkmark, but it didn't credit.
