I guess if he hasn't done anything illegal, there isn't a whole lot that you can do... But just keep your eyes open for a chance when he crosses the line, and then try to get a restraining order.

I have restraining order but to be honest they are only a piece of paper  these kinds of stalkers now how to get around it and make it hard to prove they broke the law

That would be why I am armed at all times, unless I'm with my husband. Then he gets to be the one armed. A restraining order is only worth the paper it's written on, and will only help you after the fact. I'd rather trust my bodyguard. ;)

If you're armed let them know.
Set them up with someone you dont really like.
Restraining order.
I read somewhere that laughing at stalkers or making them feel pathetic and insignificant in some way is effective because they're looking for shock fear dread etc.
