Where would you go to buy a computer?

I go to frys for my computer needs if not I go online and order one.

Where ever I found a good price.  I have purchased from stores and online and gotten good deals and I never had to leave home.

Personally I build my own computer using parts I buy from Newegg. Everyone else in my family isn't as computer savvy as me and usually buys their computers from Staples.

I bought my electronics from Dell, Best Buy, and Amazon.

Do your research first as to what you want and then see where you can get the better price/deal. Sites like HSN and QVC tend to have better deals you can't find anywhere else. The key is to do research first so you don't get stuck with a lemon.

We buy all our computers at Costco. They have very good prices and you can easily return stuff you just don't like there.

I plan on buying one for Christmas, and I think I am going to Walmart but if I find a better deal, they will match it.

While there are many "stores" you can go to, I think some of the best places are online because they have the best prices and you can pick and choose what you want in the computer - kind of like "custom made".

I think it really depends on what you are looking for, I got my last computer at Walmart after Christmas, I got a great deal on it and I am still using it after 3 years, great little laptop. Thinking about upgrading this year, but waiting for  all the Holiday sales or after the Holidays for all the mark downs.

I would only get one from Best Buy.  For a lot of reasons, but if something goes wrong with it, I can march it right back in there to the Geek Squad.
