When you delete toxic people from your environment it becomes a lot easier to breathe.  Truly toxic people will pollute everyone around them, including you if you allow them.

I think the topic "toxic relationships" should be taught in school.  Many people aren't even aware of the types of toxic people that can exist or are in their life until the damage is done.

Couldn't agree more.  Get them OUT of your space, and learn to love some time with yourself.  Besides, if you start having that kind of relationship with yourself, they'll probably come and take you away.

This is so true. They can drain you and cause you to be stressed.

I totally agree. It is so easy to get involve in other people's "mess" and it gets into your head. So when we get rid of those people, we feel a lot better.

I try to steer clear of toxic people at all costs. We have one in my family.
