I think because of her age and all the other work she had had done they should have done the surgery in a hospital and not a clinic to begin with. I don't agree with the lawsuit, I think it is just another way for a rich person to get richer.

I'm surprised it took this long.  There are too many questions as to what went wrong here.  I hope Melissa gets some answers.

the average life expectancy for a woman in this country is 79.  she was 82 for god sakes, she had a long interesting life.  she could have died in her sleep the same day...would she be suing GOD?
