will not take my bank routing number and name on account

Cannot get the information forum to take my routing/acct number or my name.  My name is listed first on this account.

I am not certain what you are referring to. Are you trying to sign up for direct deposit? I have my money sent to my PayPal account and I did not have a problem signing up. If no one in forum can help you, I suggest that you open a support ticket or have the money sent to PayPal.

I suggest you open a support ticket, not sure why not working, I did not have problem although I am the only one on my bank account,. but I don't think that should make a difference and I've had my account open for awhile now; hopefully you can get assistance, once you have support ticket. Open a support ticket to get it fixed as soon as possible. I know it is very frustrating.

If you are talking about paypal then just give them a call. They will fix you up.

Have you opened a support ticket? May be a problem through pay pal.
