Yes it is nuts, this guy who fell asleep is just being a D-bag and its no ones fault but his own that he fell asleep, of course people will poke fun...I don't think ESPN is worried last I heard they still had the clip on their webiste

I believe you sign all rights away of your image when you walk into a baseball stadium, they own your image to use as they see fit.

He's suing on the basis of what was said about him while using the image.  But what he said was said was lies, so it really is a strange & unfounded suit.

Actually, they do not.  They can film the audience and show that on the jumbo trom (?) or TV or whatever but they do not own you or your image.  You do not sign away any rights by entering the stadium.  I do think this law suit is stupid and I hope he does not get anything but embarrassed for being stupid here.  Having said that, it would not surprise me if in the future you didn't have to sign something saying your entering the stadium means they can film you if they wish.

Wonder if people even realize how many times they are on film a day.  Pretty much every business has cameras these days.  Heck, they are even on the sides of the road now.

Actually, if HE had not made such a huge deal it would have already been forgotten about.
