Why don't I get paid?

Successfully finished 2 surveys but do not get paid, why?

Was this a FCsurvey, peanut lab or daily survey?

Daily surveys you need to leave the completion page open for 5-15 minutes or at least until you see credit

For peanut lab check your transaction history

Whenever I am working on FC I always have my email account open in another tab.  When I finish a survey, I leave the window open until I see the "you've been credited" email come in.  I don't start up another survey or do any other offers until I see I've been credited for the one I just finished.  On a rare occasion I will not get that email within a decent amount of time (usually less than 5 minutes or so).  I've gotten credited for the surveys but the credit email was delayed or something. 

It's always a good idea to keep that window open until you know you've been credited.

Sometimes it takes a few hours or even a day or more to get credit.

When taking a survey, be certain to take your time and don't rush.read the questions carefully. As other members have said, always leave your window open for several minutes after getting the completed page.

If you have a mac, do not use safari to take a survey or offers. You will sometimes get credit but other times will not. Use chrome or firefox.

If you have not been credited for your survey, you can open up a support ticket after seven days. Sometimes it helps but other times it does not.

Recommend watching the "Tutorial Videos" on the FC Main Page as well as the Forum Main Page.

Always "Clear Your Cookies" BEFORE starting any offers/tasks/surveys.

When you complete an offer, especially surveys, keep the browser window open on your screen for
5-10 minutes or so...I've learned it helps in the credit process!

Do not do too many offers back to back.....You need to give the Advertisers some time between offers to credit them 

If you completed an offer on another site & you try to do it on FC as well, you will probably not receive credit for it here (again)   

Just remember, if you do not receive credit neither does FusionCash
