problem with rodio loyalty

I am having a problem wilth radio l
I click it and it starts to load the yahoo comes up and says it can't find the website.
This has happened to me twics lately. Any ideas on what to do? :rainbow: :rose: :peace: :wave:

Lots of us have problems with Radio Loyalty.
I believe it started yesterday.

I am still block from using it.

I don't have that problem. I do have an issue with the captchas being ugly that it's impossible to solve.

Whenever I have a problem, I normally try a different browser.  If that doesn't work, then I give them a day or so to fix the issue.  I used RL today for quite awhile.  Even got the listening bonus.

If you're blocked, you should be able to submit a contact form for RL and get unblocked.

I have filled the from 3 times and I have not
heard from RL yet.

Today, I did receive an answer from Radio Loyalty.

Here it is:

Thank you for contacting us.

We understand your frustration in not being able to access RadioLoyalty. There are a number of different reasons our system may have detected your activity as suspicious. These reasons include, but are not limited to, having multiple players open at once, launching the player in a non-active window, and previous activity patterns that have been detected by the same advertisers, or adware that is present on your computer.

In order to attempt to correct these issues, we recommend the following steps:

1. Run adware or virus software on your computer to identify any issues. A good free one is available here: http://download.cnet.com/Ad-Aware-Free-Antivirus/3000-8022_4-10045910.html?part=dl-&subj=dl&tag=button

2. Be sure to only have one instance of RadioLoyalty open at a time.

3. When you launch the player, allow it to fully load before switching tabs or performing other tasks.

We allow a one time reapplication to be granted access to RadioLoyalty. If you feel you have taken steps in correcting these issues, please reply to this email explaining what steps were taken. We will then consider you for readmission into the program. Please note that if you are flagged again, we will be unable to reconsider access to our platform.

I did download and run the software, however, I had supposedly
600 errors to fix. The software could fix 15 errors, but I had
to pay to get all errors fixed, so I did not follow through with
it.

Hope this is going to help some of you.

Thanks nadette for posting your reply from RadioLoyalty.

I received the same reply. 

I do have antivirus protection and malware protection already running on my computer. 
Therefore I am hesitant to download the adware program they listed in their email.

I sent RadioLoyalty a reply email stating that I have those protections, that I only access RL from FusionCash. 

I told them that I DO have more than one TAB open when I am listening to RL.

I asked them to reinstate my access to RL unless they indeed do want me to download their adware first.

We shall see if I get reinstated.
