4 minute survey...
« on: July 03, 2014, 07:37:14 pm »
A "supposed" 4 minute survey lasted 20 minutes! Why do they lie about the time frame of these things!!?? Seriously annoyed right now!  >:(

It was most likely a rerouted survey that you completed because you either didn't qualify for the original or it was already filled

No it wasn't a rerouted survey. If it was I would then assume the time frame would be different. This was a Qualtrix survey that accepted me 1st chance. Thank you though. :)

That happens to me also. In fact, I think that it happens most or a lot of the time and on all of my sites. I am told that the survey will take 10 minutes and it ends up taking 20 minutes. But as long as I get credit, I don't mind. I hope that you got credit for the survey you took.

I have also been pleasantly surprised at times when the survey took less time than said and I still got credited. That's nice.  :)

I had one that was suppose to last 12 minutes that took close to an hour. I was very frustrated, but I wasn't going to stop at any point because I kept thinking it was about over.
