I don't usually have a problem posting 30 comments a month. I try to look every day for something interesting to comment upon. Sometimes I forget for a day or two but overall I don't have a problem achieving the goal.

 :) I try and post at least 5 messages per day. When I get to 32 or 35, I stop  and submit for my bonus.  :)
