Do you purchase items for their quality or for the lowest price?

It depends on the item that I purchase. Some items you can get away with a lesser than perfect quality, but there are certain situations when a better quality is needed, such as when the item is smoething that you want to last for a longer time.

I always look for quality in a product. That's why I don't mind spending more up front.

it depends of the item that I want to buy. I always want to buy running shoe for their qualities because I want these shoes to last me a long time.

I start by looking at low prices, and will go up little by little if I cannot find something.

   Do not spend too much! In case you have to replace whatever you bought!

Sometimes it depends on what I'm buying, but usually I look for the best price. Some products that are priced very close to the other are actually a lesser quality and some are a good quality. If you've been using "cheap" brands for a long time then you're already familiar with what's worth spending more on and what simply isn't.

I will favor more towards quality, but I will also try to sensible too on finding a good price.  There are only a few brands I truly will pay more a premium for goods or service.
