share what you did on the 4th

I spent the whole day all by myself. My wife and kids were out of town to visit her sister in Idaho because she just had a baby. It was a little bitter sweet not spending time with them because I was "on call" and I had just a couple calls on the day. So I woke up early worked on the yard for a pretty good part of the morning and started having some allergic reaction to the grass and weed outside and started sneezing a lot with watery eyes. So I spend the rest of the day in bed didn't feel like eating until it was evening so I just cooked some scrambled eggs and went back to bed. I didn't get to see any fireworks!!!

I actually was invited to a All white party.  It was outside and had a live jazz band who was the best.
