Maybe you should send in a Ticket and ask FC.  I'm sure if you switch providers, your IP address will change, which will make it seem you're doing FC from some place else.

I think this is my third internet connection I've used since joining because I've moved and I haven't had any issues. I think the only problem would be if started using the connection of another member

I don't think that there will be a problem switching. I would email them and give them a heads up.

You're welcome to let us know if you move or change ISPs - but people do that kind of thing often enough that we're used to it and don't need any advance notice.
