I am watching videos but is not getting credited  for any of them.  Is anyone else having this problem

I have not had a problem with this but if you contact the customer service department they will help you.

I've noticed a slow down in videos available and yes, there have been several times where I was not credited for viewing.   Not sure if there is a glitch in the system somewhere.  But I have noticed that quite a few members are experiencing the same or similar issues.
