When it rains, it pours?
« on: May 06, 2014, 09:07:56 pm »
Our Health insurance has gone up over two hundred dollars a month since the socialization of the medical industry; Thursday my son's tuition went up fourteen hundred dollars a year; Friday our homeowner's insurance went up two hundred dollars a month; Car insurance went up two hundred and ten dollars a month because both kids are driving; Saturday we found out that our son's sport went up two hundred dollars from what was originally quoted; yesterday we were turned down for financial aid for my son's school! It seems like it will never end!  I am working two full time jobs and a few part time jobs to make ends meet. My wife works a full time job and a part time job. I live frugally and am not sure where I will find another ten thousand dollars a year. My day time project, I hope, gets extended for another two months from next Thursday.

Wow- I feel your pain.
Life can be very frustrating.  I know, for me, it is all about prioritizing and keeping what is most important.  With my insurance policies, I have had to raise the deductibles to help lower the costs.
Good luck.

It does seem like this administration wants to bankrupt every American working class citizen. The problem is we have nothing to fight back with. Our only choice is to continue to keep cutting back. Downsizing can only continue for so long. Only God knnows our future, and it doesn't look to bright. Good luck and I pray for you and the rest of us who are suffering.

The only thing I can say is I feel for you and your family but take solace (if there is any) in the fact that you are not alone.  The one thing that can be done to "change" our current situation, albeit not overnight, is TO MAKE SURE YOU GET OUT AND VOTE - AND VOTE FOR SOMEONE WHO IS KNOWLEDGEABLE, CARES ABOUT AMERICA AND ITS' CITIZENS AND SUPPORTS AND DEFENDS THE CONSTITUTION OF THIS COUNTRY WITH EVERY FIBER OF HIS/HER BEING.  OH, AND DON'T FALL FOR ALL THE "LOVEY, DOVEY" BULLSHIT MOST OF THESE SO-CALLED CANDIDATES SPEW - THEY ARE JUST BEING POLITICALLY MOTIVATED FOR THEIR OWN INTERESTS - NOT YOURS OR MINE!!!!  DO YOUR RESEARCH AND CHOOSE CAREFULLY - YOUR LIFE AND THE LIFE OF THOSE YOU LOVE ARE ON THE LINE - REMEMBER IN NOVEMBER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
