I had received a notice from FusionCash last week that my March forum posting bonus was denied because some of my posts weren't acceptable.  I was very disappointed and questioned that to myself because I always try to submit acceptable posts when I comment but thought maybe I hadn't on one or all of the three I submitted for the bonus.  I didn't question FusionCash on the decision, I just accepted it.  However, today I got an e-mail from FusionCash saying they made a mistake and my account would be credited for the March forum posting bonus and it was!!  Thank you very much!  It takes a big and honest person to admit they made a mistake!!

Wow, I'm thoroughly impressed with Fusion Cash for coming clean - we all make mistakes but it takes someone special to admit it. I'm also pleased that you took the time to talk about it here because we all seem so quick to say bad things when we feel it's due, but we are slower to pass on thanks and gratitude when someone has done well. So thank you Fusion Cash and thankyou you!

That is wonderful, gaylasue.  I agree - it takes great integrity to be that honest.  In the past, I have had issues with FC, but I have come to believe that most of them were not FC's fault.  Way to go, FC!!

That is good to hear.  It  is impressive that  F/C would double check their work, and admit that an error was made.   Gives me even more confidence in them.

Thats great!!  I've had a few dealings with FC support since I've joined FC and I've always been impressed with the speed and the fairness in which they handle everything.  Glad you got your money!
