FusionCash needs to fix its surveys
« on: April 29, 2014, 06:49:35 pm »
I just spent a half-hour completing a survey about Easter candy and was doing the final demographic questions at the end (just answered that were owned our house) when I get the Fusion Cash screen that says "Thank you for participating. Unfortunately you do not match the desired profile required to complete this survey."

Really? After a half-hour and completing the "few final questions for classification purposes"?

I have been having way too many problems with FC Surveys recently -- completing over a half-dozen that I didn't get credit for. If there had been a selection of videos this evening I wouldn't have even tried a survey. And I only tried the one that said it would take 8 minutes only to be redirected to one that said it would take 35 minutes.

I agree, surveys can be such a bummer!  But every DQ you get brings you closer to one that will pay off!  Keep trying!  ;)

My FC Surveys aren't working for the past month. I need to send another support ticket cus my last one wasn't answered.

It is possible for your demographic group to be filled while you're filling out the survey.

It is frustrating sometimes, because just now I went through two stages of screening to get qualified for a survey, only to get disqualified after a few more questions. I don't understand why this happens.

You're not alone. Join the club. Most of the time you shouldn't have to deal with that frustration. However, like someone stated above, there are times when you're demographic profile has been filled while you're still completing the survey. Nothing can be done about that except to try another one. The FC commercial surveys are the easiest to qualify for, in my opinion. Just completed two of those today. It says they're worth 35 cents, but when I completed them, I was credited 75 cents each for a total of $1.50. Try those and maybe you'll feel a little better about attempting surveys.

I know what you are going through. Some surveys can be such a bummer after spending that much time on one. Just keep on trying for more surveys. Good luck.

Right now there is something worse happening, than just being DQ'd for regular surveys.  Now the TV Studies and the Commercial studies are not working.  I've done several of them and EVERY time lately they take me to this SaySoForGood site right after that without telling me that I will receive my reward like it used to! There is no good reason that I can see that this is happening.  Is anyone else having this issue with those easy studies?
???

I agree, they can be very frustrating, and to send a support ticket seems to be a joke in many instances because of course the answer is always they dont get paid if you dont get paid. Unfortunately you are the one losing the time and money. Sorry, its a touchy spot for me right now, I have had hours of unpaid surveys recently and got no help to address the issue.
