What do you eat on your biscuits?

I love butter and strawberry jelly on mine.

There are so many options that I like. I have made sausage and gravy before and served that over biscuits. Very good! I have also just spread some butter and strawberry jam on it. Putting eggs on biscuits sounds like my next venture.

That depends on the time of day I'm eating them, what I'm in the mood for, and what's available for add-on. I really like to have country-style gravy or cheese. I use jellies/jams/marmalade's sometimes too. If I have the option, I sometimes make a sausage-egg-and-cheese biscuit and then I don't put anything else on it. I don't really like to use butter, I prefer them without anything added over using butter.
