cash out checks

I have tried in the past to submit a copy of my check but could not get it the correct size to qualify.  Help!!!!

What program are you using to edit?

I always use Paint to edit out my personal information from my Paypal payments and have never had any issues with it being the wrong size

I got my checks the right size and even smaller and they just wont submit. I think we should be able to send our correctly screen printed checks in another way. Does anyone care. It is not the only submit that did not work. on feb. 28 I did my send in for paid to post. 10 pm. folks knew I was doing it. the button said it submitted but I was told I did not send it in. I also have lots of emails from 2 places I joined and even phone calls that call almost daily now and I never got credit. I would just love it if support came on and cared to help out on those days when the submit button did not work. 3 dollars is a lot to lose. I did a survey that at the very end and it took over an hour. after it said you completed your work, it went on hourglass and the submit button did not work. that was a FC survey. it was still there in the morning and I tried and tried and it would not submit. Why is it when the submits don't work we get no credit?

If you're constantly having issues with things submitting it might be an issue on your end. Do you have a slow internet connection? Do you clear your cookies on a regular basis? What browser are you using?

I've been able to submit it every month since they changed over to the new system and never had any denied

If you're really having issues you need to open a support ticket so they can really see what's going on with your account and what can be done to fix it
