PTC troubles in getting credit - Page can't be displayed

I had troubles in getting credit for the 15cent PTC.  I made 5 or six attempts and finally got credit.  Several times on the final step I was told that the page could not be displayed.  It is a pain when one has to start from the beginning or after waiting several minutes and trying to refresh a page that is not displaying and still nothing.

Also, I completed the 9cent Heart Test & Video in the video area and never got the credit.  Is this credit just being delayed?  I registered for the newsletter and received an email from them but again no credit as of yet.

As the previous member suggested, try a different browser. You might also need to log out and then log back on or reboot your computer.

Every so often, I have had a problem with Paid To Click. It usually does correct itself. Probably, tomorrow or the next day, everything will be fine.

I did the 9 cents video also and never got credit. I know that i did it right because I got my results back. Some members got credit and others did not.

I am also having trouble with the entire site. Pages are not loading and I can't click to get my 15 cents. This started happening to me yesterday and has gotten worse today. I logged out and back in more times than I can count and also tried another brouser and the intire site would not load. Please someone tell me what's going on?? I am almost to cash out level and don't want to loose any money. HELP!!

Is everything updated on your computer(browser, flash, etc)? Updating everything to the latest version might help. You have 6 months before things expire so I wouldn't really worry about that unless you're almost to that date

I would try using a different browser and see if it helps. I'm using Internet Explorer 10 and have not had any problems. Good luck and hope you can solve the problem.
