it is considered meat because of it being living protein though there are some other things that are protein but are considered vegetables (penuts, walnuts, beans, ect...) and seafood is also brain food.

Worng fish is catalogued as meat except by Catholics because the original law written in Latin calls meat 'carne'. (because of fish having no warm blood) But in science its catalogued as meat in the food pyramid because of it being a living protein.
