had the scare of my life today

I contend that absolutely no one stops for red lights or stop signs anymore. You have to watch everyone like a hawk. I thought I was good at that until a couple of weeks ago when a guy ran a stop sign that intersected with the highway I was going down. He knocked me into a cornfield and totaled my car.

The rules of the road are now only a suggestion to most people. So sad.
