What God Is There For
« on: January 31, 2014, 10:55:58 am »
I'm not asking  :angel12: I'm telling you: God is there so that leaders don't have to take the blame for what happens (as Moses & Aaron used God in the Exodus).

Sort of like when Jesus told us, 'I do not do these things of myself.'

Since humans always give god credit for everything; god is man made! Forget the dr. who studied yrs to be @ his in order to prefect his skills & save lives no everyone just thanks god!

Of course even Jesus gave credit to 'His Father' for all the miracles He did & all the wisdom He said, just like people (and the doctors too, if they're humble enough) thank God for 'allowing them to gain such abilities.'

Maybe Rev 4:11 might explain why credit should go to the Creator......

"You are worthy, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honor and power, for you created all things, and by your will they were created and have their being."

Excellent strategy: Rather than letting the immediate condition "airborne" fill its mind, the dart focuses on its thrower & imagines itself where he will eventually store it

(not paying attention to the probability that he's going to be slammed into the dart-board, yanked out & hurled back in several times before gently placed where it imagines it will be).

All you have to do is ask, and He will be there to comfort you when you need it. Granted, He will not bring you junk food or movies, but what He provides is better than that. If you ask Him sincerely for help and strength, He will give it to you. He is ready to give you everything that you need. All you have to do is ask. Now granted, what you think you need and what you really need are 2 separate things, so don't ask Him for a million dollars, then wonder why you don't get it. :)

We should be less concerned by "What God is there for" and be more concerned with what God put us here for. ;D

Google JediJohnnie and May the Force be with you!

:) Deuteronomy 24:16, "The fathers shall not be put to death for the children, neither shall the children be put to death for the fathers: every man shall be put to death for his own sin."

:) What is God there for? To conquer and remove the only barrier preventing a personal relationship with Him. That would be the conquering and removal of sin.

John 3:16, "For God so loved the world, that he gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have Everlasting life."

So blame God if you want to, but you are blaming the wrong one. Sin and its followers come from the devil. The world's problems are not caused by God, they are caused by evil.

And last but not least, John 10:10 "The thief cometh not, but to kill, steal, and destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly."

God is the one that created us all so why not give him credit for what did? Through his son Jesus Christ!

God put us here to worship him and to have fellowship with him. God does answer prayers, but it is according to his will. He knows what is best and sometimes what is best isn't what you want.
