it was the same for me on firefox off and on for a few days now.  tried clearing cache and such but finally it just started working on it's own.

I use Google Chrome and never have any problems. Hope you figure it out.

Same, but the trick is to open a new tab and reenter the website until it works.

Try a different browser and see if it works on there... If it does then you can assume that there is some problem with your browser program... Try reinstalling the browser as it will put it in it's factory setting (remember to save bookmarks and remember logins)... I had that problem with Google Chrome as it will not load out Swagbucks, reintalled it and it work like a charm again.

I use Safari and yesterday I couldn't get beyond the videos.  Safari couldn't find the server was what it kept telling me.  I couldn't get into the forum, do the PTC or even the e-mail.  Today everything's back to normal.

It wasn't working for me yesterday so you're not the only one. I use Firefox.

Well i did try to use a diffrent browser that how i got on here.. and i did try a new tab and what not.. I redownloaded iron and it started working again and then stopped.. It's back to working again now so i'm happy i prefer iron over firefox and chrome just alot simpler.. and modified to my taste..
Thanks for all the feedback and advice
It does make me feel a little better to know i am not the only one
who was experiencing this problem.
Thanks again!

I had the same problem so I got FC through a web search and that worked. I lost the 2 points for e-mail though.

I have sent in support ticket and they say they are working to fix the problem, I have missed out on several surveys and my 2 cents this morning because of it.

This has happened with the surveys with me for the past couple of days.  Says it can't access the page so then I miss out on the survey because if I try to click it again it says I have already participated.  uh no I didn't cause the stupid page would not load. lol.  Oh well.
