What happened and why?

This is awkward. I logged in my account and my account balance was $29.00 even.
Ok. So I went on the video page and I was trying to watch the video. Clicked on cayaman watched it,
liked in on facebook but no credit show up. I tried other videos and they out. I came back and home page and found out that my balance is now $28.18. Are you kidding me? I even don't received paid e-mail no more. this is awkward dough.

Fc will stop sending paid emails ifyou do not respond to them after a few days. You can start them back up though. Go to the offers page . I think its under daily or other.

As far as your balance decreasing, it could be that the completed offers were more than 180 days old. After 6 months credited offers expire, if not cashed out.

Look at your account page. It would say if something was denied or expired

I always have problem with any ad that need to connect to my facebook. If you have google+ account, try that and see. If your account decrease either is some of your offers expired or is some of your offer denied. Have you check you spasm folder for the daily email? if this is not the case, you may need to send a support ticket.  Wish you luck

it sounds like something expired or payment was revoked to lower your account balance

You need to re-sign up for the Daily Emails. Click Earn Cash at top, then Repeatable Daily. Scroll through the list until you see the Daily Email listing and click to sign up again.

As others said watching videos wouldn't make your balance decrease. An offer expired or denied. If you look at your Account list, it will show you which happened.

Fusion Cash will stop sending Daily Emails if you do not check and click on Daily Emails for a week. You have to resign up for them to get Daily Emails again.
