I wanna stop my bad habits of saying the F word so many times I don't know why but I say it naturally during conversations I don't say it because I'm mad or anything it just comes out during my sentences xD

Yeah I've got a bad habbit. When I'm trying to write something that needs concentration, I can't help but chew on my index finger. I've left myself with quite a nasty lump on my finger. Even worse, when people hear me chewing my finger they tell me I'm 'squeaking' but sadly until they say something, I don't know I'm doing it.
