Radio Loyalty -- connection problem

About 2 hrs ago, I lost the music on RL.  The orange bar that indicates buffering of the sound disappeared.  Refreshed, reloaded with no change.  An occasional ad would have sound.  The video portion was working, but no sound.

The captcha came up a couple of times -- but then that stopped coming up.

Hope this is just a temporary glitch that will resolve itself by tomorrow.

i have never really had much success with radio loyalty.  either it doesnt play or i dont get the money for listening to it.  however if you are still having this issue i would clear your cookies and try the program again and if it still doesnt work then i would make a help ticket so fusion cash can better help you with this issue.

Fortunately, for me, the music came back the next day and RL has been working fine for me ever since.

I still have occasional problems when the captcha doesn't come up when it should or disappears before I can enter the code, but I usually wait a minute or so and if it still doesn't show, I refresh and then it works more consistently (until the next glitch).

Have you tried listening to another station? When I tried listening to the 90's station, it wouldn't play music but occasionally an ad would have sound and captcha would appear. Now I usually listen to the 80's station now and other than the usual issues that have been mentioned, I get to enjoy listening. Good Luck!

I kinda wish Radioloyalty was more consistent. There always seems to be a problem somewhere that's annoying.

I am having trouble with Rl crediting again.
I know it can take several hours to credit.
This always seems to happen at the beginning of the month for me.
both sunday and monday  the 2nd and 3rd only 5 credited  that is my weekend when I can spend more time on fc
 i usually credit between 7-9 a day on Sunday and monday
so far It is ok today.

I have been having the issue of not getting the code boxes to appear... if they do show up it credits about 1/.2 the time.
