No. I do not have a "winter" hairstyle and a "summer" hairstyle.

I never knew there was such a thing!

I have grown my hair longer so it is new style for me, but I will wear it both winter and summer until I decide to go back to short hair.

No, I don't. My hair is usually about chin or shoulder length, all seasons - except in the fall of 2012 when I got it very, very short. Was a shock to my ears! They were always so cold!

I have had both long and short hair. Right now it's long because I want to let it grow out. During the winter
I try to keep it in protective styles so I don't have to bother with it too much. It's a lot harder to keep the hair
moisturized when the weather is cold. My hair will get dry quick when it's cold outside.

had it long,  had it short,,,  in the middle right now.  Just need it long enough to pull back into a pony tail when I am in dance class and exercise class  lol

I have always had long hair. the only difference I make between winter and summer is I have more blonde in the summer with highlights.
