On this site can you make and add your friends anywhere? I mean the people you meet and talk to on this site.   :icon_rr:

I don't think you can create a friend or make someone be your friend, but sure you can meet new people here.  ;D But if you click on someones name and then click Add to Buddylist..... then it just puts the people onto a list.... When you go to your profile page, then click edit buddies they are in there.

If you go into edit buddies you can also search for people on fusioncash.
