my daughter took elderberry tonic for the flu and this time did not need antibiotics.  It makes you sweat it out.

Ive had a respitory infection and cough since Jan. 2 that I can not get rid of.

Last year I caught a case of the flu because I had to work with the Clerk and Secretary of my church in doing the books for that particular Sunday, and they were both sick.  I was fine on Monday, but that Tuesday I felt the worst I have ever felt.  I stayed in bed that Wednesday, and felt better by Thursday.  The Secretary said she was so sick she had to go to the emergency room and have a shot.  The Clerk stayed sick for at least three weeks.  I hope that the Clerk stay at home, because she doesn't care if she exposes everyone to her sickness.  I hope you get better soon.
