This has been happening to me quite a bit.  But I think I finally have it figured out.

I feel like the surveys probably evaluate your answering pattern to decide whether the information you gave them in the survey is completely bogus and crap to them (and will skew their market research), or whether you seemed to actually pay some attention to the survey.

Although I'm not completely sure, this is just an observation of mine.

i didn't know firefox is better, i've been using google chrome too.  that's probably y i haven't gotten paid for some of my offers that were fully completed.

I tried both Firefox and IE, but neither seems to work very well to get freebies to credit. Other offers credit fine though. I think it is because I use the library computers and they must not recognize public networks.
