DOGS rule and cats drool!  Glad I have no litter box to clean with my dog...  and he's fun too and actually understands what I am saying - the 4 cats do not understand my language - but they are good at sounds!

We have the best dog in the world-nearly!  He's about 20 lbs and we've had him for 13 1/2 years.  Our youngest daughter picked him out at the pound and he quickly became one of the family.  We all love him to death and I hate that he is getting older, loosing his hearing and his vision I think.  It will be a very sad day when he leaves us!

I have a rottweiler. Contrary to popular belief, they are truly a family dog. His name is Phantom. My husband gave him to me as a birthday present one year.

My favorite breeds and colors are Mantel Great Dane, Swissy and black/white or tricolor Pappilon.  I've never had any of those, but that would be my dream team for dogs.  Of course I'd have to have a black Manx cat to go with them. 

I've had big dogs, but right now I've got four of the friendliest cats that actually do come when called by name.   

One post said that their cats didn't understand their words, just sounds.  I disagree.  Cats do understand our language, they just choose to ignore the silly humans.

I like most dogs but I think my favorite is the German Shepherd.

We have a beagle/dachshund mix, a lab/retriever mix, and a German Sherpard.  They all have great qualities, but the lab/retriever mix is the sweetest and calmest of all.

I have 12 Chihuahuas!!! They are my babies!!! Thier my life!!! I've heard the saying 'mans best friend' but never really understood it until I got my 1st dog!!!

I like all dogs. I babysit my brother's dachsund often and I just adore him. He's so much fun!

I love golden retrievers, they are beautiful animals.

Golden retrievers are great! I also love German Shepherds, Dalmatians, Huskies, Labs and great Danes (big dogs - Lol)
