When you post on the forum you can get a $3 forum bonus from my experience forum bonus pays out every 30 - 45 days
When you receive your cash out you can do the cash out bonus and receive $1 bonus in about the same time frame as forum bonus.

In order to cash out in general you need at least $15 (not being in bonus money) but you need $25 total in order to cash out.

However from the time you receive money from an offer you have 6 months to cash it out before it's revoked. However some offers may revoke if they don't find that the offer was completed correctly or you uninstalled a download to soon.

Once you cash out if it's approved you should receive your cash out around the 20th, however sometimes it can take longer if it's a check I believe.
