when taking survey can't finish why?

I be taking the survey and it will stop and go no farther what can I do?

Before you start your next survey, clear your cookies and temporary files.
(That's probably not what's causing the problem you are describing, but it's a good practice.)

If you continue to have problems, consider changing your browser.
(Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, etc)

Make sure that your Adobe Flash is upgraded to the latest version.

I use Avast as my security software and that program has the facility to tell me whether all of my important software is up to date.  Your security software may have the same facility -- check it's menu.

I have had that happen to me but thankfully not too often. It could be a glitch between your end and the fusioncash end.

Swogden gave you a lot of good ideas.

You do not say which browser you are using. I find that my best experiences taking surveys are using either firefox or chrome. I have a macbook and safari has not always been reliable.

It could be that the survey reached its quota while you were taking it or for some reason, you did not qualify any longer and the survey just froze. It was the survey's way of saying good by.

Clear your cookies. Sometimes is also depends on the browser that you're using. It's happened to me before. I thought it might had also been because I answered a question "wrong" and wasn't what they were looking for... lol idk..
