Refferal credit taken away!!!!

I am not happy at all.  I cashed out back in sept for about 55 dollars, and now I checked the status and I hae been deducted money, about ten dollars.  Why did you guys do that, i would like it credited back to my account right away.  This was my first time, and it is not a good one.  What is the point of refering epople if you take it away???  All those people were my friends, and actually do do it.  One of them have cashed out already, and still i was deducted.
