CrowdFlower Tasks

I'm getting so disgusted with Crowdflower Tasks. First of all, the tasks load so slowly or not at all (blank screen); then on some tasks, the instructions are somewhat vague and you get marked wrong on them.

All week, the task page didn't load. Today, it loaded so slowly, I thought it would be blank again. Then all of a sudden there were 8 pages of tasks!!!! I did one but the instructions were a little vague so my rating was too low. When I went back to tasks to try another one, there was only 2 pages. I put a ticket in after trying to figure out where to do it. I couldn't find the black screen that others use to put the ticket in didn't show up anywhere, so I had to send a message again.

I made a whole $3.14 with Crowdflower for the WHOLE month! Don't think it's worth my time anymore.

Why are my screens and tasks are so different from others? None of them pay very well unless you want to spend 8-10 hours on them.

Sorry for venting but it frustrates me (and I thought I was going to have a good day).

I think it was last week that the ticket on the task wasn't showing up for me either so I had to go to the website instead to fill out a ticket. They usually are good on crediting you when you accuracy is low and when a task isn't do things right. They sometimes are kind of slow on crediting you since they have so much members but most of the time the credit pretty quickly. I've ran into what you are saying a lot with the tasks not working at all so I just keep going back on there to check to see if it got straightened up or not because they might be having technical problems at those times. I also found out if I use firefox no tasks show up for me but if I use google chrome they do.

i dont make much on crowdflower in a month but it adds up eventually

I don't bother much with crowd flower  myself to time consuming every now and then a good task it worth it though

I finally got to do a crowdFlower Task and I didn't finish all the pages but I actually got credit for what I did do.  I was trying to do another one with juan carlos escotot and none of it made since I could not get the right anwer but I followed the instructions, than it tells you to locate juan carlos escotot Rodrigez which I did with the web sit it gave match the one I was on and when I got to the actual page you are supose to answer the question which was "what was the first article Your see which I did but they said it was wrong.  As anyone completed that one?

I don't get much, either for CrowdFlower. I usually read this forum to find out about the really easy tasks that pay well.

Glad to hear I am not the only one not feeling like they are making much doing those tasks.  I feel like all these sites are time consuming but the money does start to add up.  I figured if I could make 10.00 between all my sites, I can make a pretty decent income for the month.  Its just a shame that some of the payouts are so much.

i can relate some of the task i don't even do anymore it seem you do them once than there there again the next day and you cant do it that sucks there alot that don't load or blank

I've tried again lately with the tasks, but I've decided I just don't like tasks much. Most of the tasks really aren't worth it from a time and effort perspective.

Yes, the tasks can drive you absolutely insane.  I can only do them when I'm in a good mood and have done everything else with plenty of free time to spare. Some days it does better than others. Good luck in the future.

I don't really like them either. I only participate in them if I'm bored.

What browser are you using? I've had no problems having the pages display normally using Chrome or Firefox

I only do about 3 that are fairly easy and go by quickly. I have no intention of making a lot of money from tasks so I just do them in between surveys

I only do the tasks that everyone talks about on this forum that are really easy and short. I agree, the tasks are pretty boring most of the time.
