Topokki!
« on: November 25, 2013, 09:48:16 pm »
Im making Topokki for Thanksgiving.

Cost me a fortune to buy the ingredients. xD Im not even sure if I bought the right ones because
things are different here and there aren't my normal brands available here. :'(

They are rice sticks cooked in the red hot paste. They're also fish cakes in it and veggies. I dont remember how to put photos in my post, so if you're curious you can look it up :)

I like mine a little sweetened to balance out the spice.

I'd never heard of it either.  Hope it ends up being good and worth the money.  :)

How did your Topokki turn out? Did you have fun cooking it, and later enjoying it with friends and family?

:) For some reason it was a little watered down this time, but i had 2 friends come over and we ate it. Since our dining commons were closed for thanks giving weekend, the two of them were starving! xD
