I have done oil pulling, and love it. Mouth feels so fresh afterwards.

Well im not exactly sure you take a sip of coconut oil and swish in your mouth for 15 minutes and suppose to give you healthier mouth and pull bacteria out of you system and im not even sure that I heard about it right  oh yeah do not swallow oil full of bacteria
