tasks surveys

Has anyone had trouble with surveys in the tasks section,I did a robot survey with videos which i did enjoy then after you enter the code and it wont accept it. This happens to me now and then.Does it happen to anybody else?

I know there was one that gave me a code of letters and numbers but the task would only accept a numerical response so I just made up something to get credit and sent crowdflower a support ticket

I got the code but it wouldnt accept it, this has happened before, I will write a support ticket next time,this is great we can talk about some of these issues, sometimes I think im doing something wrong. Thanks!

If you submit a support ticket to Crowd Flower with a screen they will usually credit you for those tasks within 48 hours.

I had one were the code it gave me was all letters and it would only accept numerical for the code.  I opened a support ticket (never done that before) and they respond back quickly and within a day or two the credit was posted to my account as promised!
